Our Subsea Diamond Wire rental saw is designed to cut submerged and topside pipe of various thicknesses. Units are operated with a topside hydraulic unit, hydraulic hose reel umbilical, and a topside control panel that includes a hydraulic self feed system. Units can cut up to 52” diameter pipe. The Diamond Wire saw uses a continuous loop diamond wire and hydraulic feed systems that advances the cutting wire through the pipe.

The Topside Hydraulic Control Unit provides remote operation of the subsea cutting tool to insure diver safety. It has three independent circuits with easy –to-operate flow and directional controls and gauges for system input and circuit output pressures.

Package comes complete with Diamond Wire Cutting Tool, Diesel powered Hydraulic Unit, Hydraulic powered hose reel (6 line umbilical), Topside Control Panel, and hose connector whips for easy hook up. Unit is also set up with certified lifting.
